Catherine Waye, BA
Program Assistant
Catherine joined the Baker Center as a Program Assistant in February of 2022. She splits her time between the Center for Effective Therapy and the Training and Implementation Department. In both of her roles, she provides administrative support to bolster the implementation of evidence-based practices. She graduated from the University of Rochester in the fall of 2019 with a major in psychology and a minor in public health. After graduating, she remained in Rochester to work as a research assistant in a developmental psychopathology lab led by Dr. Patrick Davies at Mt. Hope Family Center. Catherine aspires to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology with a research focus on increasing accessibility to mental health services for children and adolescents. Some of Catherine’s other interests include playing ultimate frisbee, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
