Jason V. Polasek

Vice President of Advancement

As Vice President of Advancement, Jason leads the Development team to acquire, sustain, and advance the resources necessary to promote the best possible mental health of children and families.

For over a decade, Jason has been a visionary leader in the nonprofit sector with diverse experience in the areas of arts, culture, health, human services, and education. He has held senior management roles with prominent institutions such as Boston's Museum of Science, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He returned to Boston in 2021 after serving as Vice President of Development and Community Engagement for Willow Domestic Violence Center in Rochester, NY throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Demonstrating a practice of impactful civic engagement at an early age, Jason was awarded a Certificate of Service Leadership while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. He was later honored with a U.S. President's Volunteer Service Award for completing over 1,000 hours of volunteer service at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He later added a Master's in Service Leadership and Innovation from RIT to his academic accomplishments.
