Sean E Snyder, DPA, MSW, LCSW
Director of Implementation and Technical Assistance
Sean is the Director of Implementation and Technical Assistance at The Baker Center for Children and Families, where he advances our systems-level innovation, organizational strategy, and cross-sector partnerships to strengthen behavioral health care for children, youth, and families. In this leadership role, Sean works at the intersection of policy, practice, and population impact—driving sustainable improvements in how services are designed, coordinated, and delivered across complex child-serving systems.
With a long-standing connection to the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) as a nationally recognized trainer and collaborator, Sean champions evidence-informed approaches that improve outcomes at scale. As a National Trainer in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), he supports workforce development and clinical excellence through training, consultation, and implementation coaching for clinicians, agencies, and systems nationwide. Their work emphasizes both clinical quality and the organizational infrastructure needed to sustain best practices over time.
Prior to joining The Baker Center leadership team, Sean held leadership and clinical positions at Penn Medicine and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he focused on organizational development, implementation science, and strategic partnerships that bridge research and practice. Sean has led major initiatives to strengthen implementation capacity, increase access to high-quality care, and align systems to better serve children, families, and communities across the country in states such as Florida, Oklahoma, Nevada, and Illinois.
Sean is committed to transforming child and adolescent behavioral health through collaborative leadership, evidence-based innovation, and a relentless focus on long-term impact.
