Learning Collaboratives

Designed for large systems of care and multi-site organizations, the Learning Collaborative (LC) is the most comprehensive implementation option. It assures effective and long-term installation and sustainability of the evidence-based program. Activities and supports essential to the Learning Collaborative include a clinical training, small-group case consultation calls, use of the CHART System, 3 in-person learning sessions for an unlimited number of organizational administrators and leaders, in-person site visits and professional development activities, ongoing consultation, technical assistance, and continuous quality improvement, affinity group support, training in data-informed practice, assessment of organizational readiness, and targeted sustainability support.
