Alison Last, BA

Director of Business Operations, the Center for Effective Therapy

Alison Last is the Director of Business Operations for The Center for Effective Therapy at The Baker Center. She works with both clinics to support the delivery of high-quality care to clients. Alison graduated from Boston University with a BA in Psychology and has worked in mental health settings for the past 17 years. Alison most recently served as Assistant Director of Operations for the Massachusetts region of a national outpatient mental health organization.

Alison has a passion for people, processes, and procedures. She has a proven track record of developing organizational structure around a fast-growing behavioral health practice. Alison strives to create a respectful and inclusive operations team by fostering collaborative and supportive relationships with all departments.
