David Lee serves as Director of Information Technology at The Baker Center for Children and Families, where he leads the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. He oversees the technology environment that supports the Center's clinical, educational, and administrative programs, ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology services across the organization.
With more than 20 years of technology leadership experience spanning nonprofit services, banking, healthcare, life sciences, and defense, David brings a practical, security-focused approach to leveraging technology in support of organizational goals.
Prior to joining The Baker Center, David served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Rollstone Bank & Trust. In that role, he was responsible for technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, regulatory compliance, and IT governance. He strengthened the organization's cybersecurity posture, improved technology audit outcomes, and led numerous strategic technology initiatives. He also spearheaded cloud modernization efforts, a core banking transformation, merger and acquisition planning, and executive and Board-level technology risk management.
David previously held senior technology leadership roles at Quanta Dialysis Technologies, Lumicell, and BAE Systems. Throughout his career, he has built and transformed IT operations, modernized infrastructure and cloud environments, enhanced cybersecurity programs, and supported compliance with frameworks and regulations including NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FDA requirements, and federal defense standards. His experience ranges from establishing IT and security functions within growing organizations to leading technical teams in complex, highly regulated environments.
