Sydney Ackerman is a Senior Program Assistant in the Center for Effective Therapy and is based in the Waltham Office of The Baker Center. She currently assists with administrative functions and clinical intake at CET. She graduated from Colgate University in 2024 with a major in Psychological Science and a minor in Sociology. She received High Honors for her thesis on loneliness and its impact on college adjustment. After her time at The Baker Center, she plans to pursue a doctoral degree in Child Clinical Psychology. Her main interests lie in Child and Adolescent Evidence Based Treatments for anxiety and related disorders.
