Vita Zou (she/her) is a Post-Master's Fellow at The Baker Center for Children and Families. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, where her training emphasized a Relational-Cultural approach to therapy and trauma-informed care.
Vita completed her clinical internship at Riverside Community Care, providing individual and group treatment for adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and emerging psychosis. She has experience utilizing CBT, DBT, and expressive arts interventions. Additionally, she is working towards certification in the Modular Approach to Treatment for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC).
As a bilingual clinician in English and Mandarin, Vita is dedicated to culturally responsive, strengths-based care. She strives to empower youth and families to build resilience, foster meaningful connections, and thrive both within and beyond treatment.
