At CET, we understand the real challenges teens and young adults face. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and more are all too common and can have a significant impact if left untreated. Our Young Adult Program is designed to tackle these challenges quickly, providing support for your specific needs in a way that’s going to be most helpful for you so you can feel better as quickly as possible. We offer treatment both online and in-person to best suit your work or school schedule!

Our Treatments

Our Young Adult Program uses only evidence-based treatments (EBTs). An EBT is a treatment that science has found to be concretely effective at reducing symptoms for specific conditions. Treatments may be studied alone or sometimes in comparison to other therapies, medication, or both.
