Therapist Certification Requirements

  • Completion of 35 hour training with an approved MATCH trainer
  • Attendance at 11 consultation calls 
  • Delivery of 16 MATCH modules with clients
  • Two qualifying MATCH cases
    • At least 10 MATCH sessions each
    • Represent 2 different MATCH protocols 
    • Regular collection of progress monitoring data 
       

Submit the following to match@bakercenter.org: 

  • Completed Therapist Portfolio 
  • Two case narratives with progress monitoring data 
  • $250 certification fee 

Once certified, you are listed on our MATCH Provider Directory. Certification lasts 3 years. To re-certify, submit the following to match@bakercenter.org: 

  • Two new case narratives with progress monitoring data 
  • Updated Therapist Portfolio 
  • $250 recertification fee
