Supervisor Certification Requirements
Supervisor Training & Activities
MATCH supervisors can lead within-agency MATCH trainings and consultation groups for agency clinicians. To be eligible to be a MATCH supervisor, clinicians must first be certified as a MATCH therapist. Training activities include:
- 14-hour training with an approved MATCH trainer
- 20-25 call consultation series (virtual, 1-hour calls weekly or biweekly)
Supervisor Certification Requirements
- Completion of 12-hour training with an approved MATCH trainer
- Attendance at 12 consultation calls
- Delivery of all 33 MATCH modules with clients
- Delivery of at least 25 hours of consultation to at least 3 MATCH trainees
- Support of two MATCH trainees in receiving MATCH therapist certification
Submit the following to match@bakercenter.org:
- Completed Supervisor Portfolio
- Three supervisor evaluation forms from trainees
- $250 certification fee
Certification lasts 3 years. To re-certify, submit the following to match@bakercenter.org:
- Information on two additional therapists who have been supported in achieving MATCH therapist certification (i.e., updated Supervisor Portfolio and two supervisor evaluation forms from trainees)
- $250 recertification fee
